The Vet gave me Virbac C.E.T poultry flavored toothpaste. I checked the ingredients and Sorbitol is the first ingredient. It also contains Dextrose and Glucose Oxidase. There may be other iffy ingredients but I'm not sure if they would be bad for a diabetic cat or not.

So is this a good product to use on Lucky or would it cause problems?

you can try it or you can get maxi guard oral cleansing gel. You keep it in fridge and it's a blue gel that you squirt onto the brush and when it turns yellowish brown you toss out.

The CET poultry toothpaste is fine for diabetic cats :thumbup Many people here use it on their cats and see no effect on blood glucose levels.
