I' m home!!!

Kitty amps 381. I shot 3.8.

So, as long as I am testing before each shot is it okay to just take the MD up?

I hope the dasoquin came in-- I am anxious to start it.

I think Kitty is bonding with the sitter, she didn't seem overlly excited to see me!!!

Welcome home.

I'm sure Kitty is happy you are home, I think it's nice that she bonded with the sitter, that should make you feel better about when you have to go away next time.

Yes, you can just take up all the kibble and do away with it. Once you do that maybe Kitty will start making some progress. Paws and fingers crossed.

Welcome home Kim :) Sending good vibes for Kitty to make some progress. Hope the dasoquin is helpful too.

Welcome home. Hoping Kitty will get good numbers with the MD gone. Good luck!

Welcome Home Kim!
I have a vision of how many cats greet their beans after the beans have left them for any period of time. Being very prideful and not liking to be seen as emotional, the kitty may approach up to about 5 feet of you. Sit down. Stare. Perhaps bring a front paw up to lick it a little, then looking at you with lazy eyes and saying (in meow language) "So...did you bring me anything?" All the while hiding their inner joy to see you. :-D

Glad to hear you are home! I'd go ahead and pull up the MD dry. You are testing so you will catch any lower numbers, though I doubt you will go too low right now :-D

Kelly can explain Dasoquin better than I, but, it is a supplement used for arthritis. You sprinkle it on the food-- supposedly it us very effective.

Hopefully, I will start it tommoro.

I suspect Thumper might have some arthritis. Her littermate has more trouble walking than she does & she was xrayed & that's all they could come up with. They both started limping a couple of years ago but Callie's got bad & I was worried she was in pain. Thumper does seem to have gotten a little worse over the last few months but I don't know if I want to add anything to the mix with this girl. Geez, always a mystery! Have you seen my thread? More excitement....not what I want...ugh! I try to get her lower then the next thing you know she's too low to shoot. Is the dasoquin just something you can buy, not a prescription?

My vet is getting the dasoquin-- but, I actually think you can buy it off of amazon. I think it is just a supplement and no perscription is needed. The vet said it comes in "cat" size and "dog" size. I think it is a capsule and you just open it and sprinkle.

Yea, I read your post!
