I shot 3.5----three cycles now with similar ps numbers. Hopefully, the 3.5 dose is working.

Let's see what others say, but I think you need to move up or down. Your ps numbers are still high. Could you get us some mid cycle numbers today so we can see what is happening?

THe only blues were with 2U--makes one think of going down, but then there was the DKA which makes one think of going up :dizcat

The 3.5 dose started on last Wednesday with an amps of 562 according to the vet. The vet told me the pmps on Thursday was 312 --truly probably was +10.5 due to the vet schedule. Since she was in the vet last week, I don't have a lot of numbers--but, these are the lowest preshot numbers we have had consecutively since pre DKA.


I will be gone this morning, but I will get some mid cycle numbers this afternoon or on tonight's cycle.

Yah, it would be nice to get into yellow PSs if not better. Hopefully with the data you are planning on you'll get a clearer picture and then can decide where to go next with the dose.
