Good Morning!
Wow, this place has been crazy lately! I have never seen as many low numbers over the course of the last year. Maybe the last batch of PZI got more of the "good stuff" in it!!!
This morning Kitty,Sally (dog) and I took off at 6:15 heading to the vet school for Sally's appointment. Other than the early morning, everything was on schedule and going well until about half way to the vet, when I realized I had left Kitty's insulin at home. But, being the optimist that I am, I thought it would be the perfect cycle to see if she could go 10 hours without testing and shooting.....I am dreaming of bid!!! Last night her midshot preshot was 212 and I shot 3 units, so I thought this would be a great cycle to see what happened!!!
Oh well, forget dreaming, I got home and tested at +10 and Cool Kitty was 405. I shot 3.5! It is a good thing that I am okay with shooting tid...because it looks like Kitty loves it!!!! At least this proves to me that tid is the way to go for Kitty and it reminds me how far she has come! And, at least I know the meter isn't broken and just reading in the 200s consistently. :mrgreen:
So..goodbye dreaming of bid!
