Hi guys,
So I've been thinking. Since we got a vial of Lantus when we started Kit off on Christmas weekend, it's bordering on being 3 mths old now. It's been stored in the fridge, but I'm not going to lie, it hasn't been handled absolutely perfectly since at the beginning we were squirting insulin back in (vet said to do so if we pulled too much or we had air bubbles and needed to start over again). So I knew that it would be going bad at some point soon. My problem is that I was kinda relying on his numbers to be wacko if it did lose it potency. I'm wondering, what if his numbers are actually this good and the insulin isn't working (it's just him kinda deal)....or maybe it is still good, going on 3 months now...what would be the best way to find out?
