Good Morning!
I did not think that Kitty had a good day yesterday, in fact I gave her the appetite stimulant yesterday and gave her bupe this morning. It was a rainy cool day yesterday and she is very arthritic, so that might have played a role in her demeanor. She did wake me up to eat this morning, but she seems a little off. She is becoming increasingly agitated with me pilling her-- and, so am I! I really thought that she seemed better last week, but yesterday she even appeared in the meatloaf position a couple of times. I was able to dose her tid yesterday and her preshots were in the mid 200s. I have had little luck reintroducing the low carb foods-- she still prefers the gravy flavors. If I only knew more.......like how long she can survive the heart disease, it would make so many decisions easier. Like, does it really matter how high carb her diet is, or is it imperative to shoot liquid Aluminum Hydroxide after every meal to protect her kidneys? I thought the Ptitis was why she was feeling so bad, but I am starting to wonder if the heart and kidneys are playing a role in her immediate condition. Hopefully, when I go home at lunch she will be better. It was nice to wake up with her wanting to eat!
Please continue to send good vibes to Kitty-- I hope she isn't going backwards!
I am getting ready to fax Sir Chewy's papers into DCIN! I hope I don't get rejected!!!
I asked Chewy this morning if he was ready to make it official and he seemed excited! I thought you might like seeing his reaction.......
Wishing Everyone A Great Day From a Cool and Cloudy Diabetic Alley......
