Katie- dose tonight?

I posted this in the Health forum as well, but Katie's BG this morning was 361. Fifteen minutes ago, it was 174. Now, twenty minutes later, it is 183. Should I give 0.5 U tonight?

I'm probably too late but from looking at your ss I think I would go with .75u or .8u whichever syringes you are using and stick with it for a few days and let the dose settle in and let kitty get used to it and even out her PS's.

She's responding to the insulin really well. You just want to get her on an even keel.
