Karo syrup with Vanilla

I was reading today not to give cats vanilla as its too high in alcohol. The karo syrup I give my cat when her glucose is super low has vanilla in it. What brand do you all use? And is it vanilla free?

The amount of vanilla is very tiny and the amount of alcohol is even tinier so I wouldn't worry about it.

It's the same stuff most of us use (although in some other countries they have no idea what Karo is because they don't have it there so we have to be careful to call it corn syrup)

I was reading today not to give cats vanilla as its too high in alcohol.

The concern is vanilla extract since that is about 35% or more alcohol. "To use the word "Pure", the FDA requires a minimum of 13.35oz of vanilla beans to a gallon of minimum 35% alcohol and 65% water."
