Kaia has been so high lately I gave her 3 units last night. Her preshot was HI and + 4 was 361. Her preshot this morning is 257. I am pretty excited to see that number but now don't know what dosage to give her. 2.25? 2? Any advice would be appreciated!! Thank you!!

@FrostD I was hoping you can help me before Kaia PMPS. Looks like she's still pretty low from this morning. Should I stick to 2.25? I don't want her to drop too low while I'm sleeping tonight.

So remember dose is based on nadir, for Kaia you would reduce by 0.25U any time she goes below 90. The 2.25U today looked perfect - nadir close to 100. I would hold the 2.25U.

You'll hopefully see a big difference with the Lantus, flatter cycles, not so much bouncing around.
