Just wanted to stop by and check in...Leo and I do more lurking than posting these days, it seems.
It's right around four months OTJ for my little man. He's doing really well-he runs anywhere between the 40s to the 60s, with a few 70s here or there if he's stressed out. The heat this summer seemed to be the worst for him, and the time Leo's gramma brought her dog-a sweet, loving Newfoundland who kept wanting to snuggle up to him. Suffice it to say, his has always been a one-animal house, and he didn't know quite how to take that. :smile:
As the weather cooled down toward fall we had a new experience-walking around the property. Leo's always been an inside kitty, never showed any interest in trying to get outside. At the beginning of September I bought him a leash and harness and let him explore around the house-we live out in the country, and he had the greatest time going up and down the fence rows and in and out of the flower beds...a lot of new smells and sights. He seemed to enjoy it a lot so BF or I try to get him outside at least a couple of times a week-at least until the snow starts to fall!
Anyway, I need to see if I can figure out how to post a picture of him in his little harness-it's pretty darned cute!
