We are officially on the move! First 24 hours in a hotel before we fly on Monday. Smokey had a stressful day. First the vet and they had to give de-worming because we weren’t able to provide a stool sample. Part of the quarantine process. A total of about 7 hours in the kennel, much of that in the car, some at the airport for his pre-screening. He’s handling it well so far pm test 131. We still have several days in the hotel then close to 24 hours travel time on the last day before he goes into quarantine. Wish us luck! We’re almost as long OTJ as on.

Quarantine day three afternoon test at 96!!!!!!
The caretakers say he eats all of his food and seems calm. He looks really good and seems to be doing well. Just a couple more days and then we can pick him up but it looks like we’re going to get through this without having to go back on insulin!!
