When Tangie and I joined this site at the beginning of the year, I, and I know she, was very happy for the advice, the help and support we were given during the start of the journey with diabetes.
Over the weekend, our beautiful girls back legs gave out due to a mass in her hind quarters. It broke my heart, but I knew the only place she would be pain free and able to do all her cat things, was across the Rainbow Bridge. We sat with her, told her what a good cat she is, and gave her the love she gave us for so many years, and guided her to the other side.
It’s true, they take a part of your heart with you, and leave reminders of them all around.
Our hearts are hurting, but with the love of Toby, Cruise, Gracie and our angel Tangie…we’ll get through it…one day at a time.
We all love you so very much Tangie, rest easy my baby

My heart breaks for you, the loss of a sweet fur baby is never easy. May Tangie be at peace, watching all the birdies and laying in the sunshine. ❤️

I don’t know if you have read this, and you are on the other side of that decision, but it’s so beautiful. You released your gorgeous little Tangie from her pain and now have your own. We all know that grief and sorrow, it’s so hard, but job well done, Darin. You did your girl proud. That is truly the greatest love. So incredibly sorry for your loss. Fly free, darling girl. https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/making-the-decision-help-to-know-when-and-how.131915/
