:rb_icon:Hi Folks,
Today was Juniors last day in pain. Although his diabetes was still in remission the mega colon he had been dealing with since 2015 was his final battle. He was loving and cuddly right till the end. Today after weeks of none productive enemas and evacuations he was diagnosed with colon cancer. He was impacted again and in severe pain. He let us know he had enough and we let him go to the rainbow bridge in my arms. I told him to looks for Scooter and Domenic they would be there waiting for him. My heart is broken. Because of fdmb and all of you once again I got extra time with a kitty I love. Thank you it means the world to me.

Junior put up a valiant fight and now he is flying free. No more pain, and a new adventure ahead, where he will be reunited at the Bridge with Scooter & Dominic, and where all of our GAs will keep him "in good paws" until you meet again. So many old pals are there to welcome him.
We are so very sorry for your loss.

I am so very sorry to hear about Junior. I will ask my sweet boy Flame to meet him and be his friend at the Bridge. Please know that there are many hearts grieving with yours. Sending you many :bighug::bighug::bighug: and much love. In time, may the precious memories comfort you.
 
So sorry to hear it was Junior's time to leave you!

The last gift is always the hardest one to give, but you listened to your boy and set him free.....that's what a great cat mom does and you're one of the best!

(((Linda)))). I am so sorry you had to help your special guy, Junior, cross. Poor sweet man...he fought as long as he could. I hope there is some comfort that he's with his siblings although I know you miss him greatly.

I am camping at a racetrack in AZ and not online much for a few days, but just saw this and my heart dropped. Junior overcame so many obstacles, but I guess this was one he just couldn't conquer. Luckily, he had beans that loved him enough to listen to what he wanted and needed and who put his comfort ahead of their own feelings. It's never easy, but it is the greatest gift we can give our furry babies. I'm sure Scooter and all the other GAs are making him comfortable and happy at the Bridge, as he waits for the day that he will see you again.

I'm so sorry Linda that you had to help Junior cross, but it was the right decision for him, now he will be happy and whole again playing with Scooter and Domenic at the Bridge. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I am so sorry for your loss of Junior. My heart aches for you. He was so lucky to have such a good mamabean and who loved him dearly. I hope your heart heals in peace knowing that he is in a better place and had a wonderful loving family. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
So sorry Linda. It's so hard to find the words when we lose one of these precious babies. I found Megacolon the most difficult to get a handle on with Maggie. She had it about the same length of time. I know you did everything possible to help Junior. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Linda, I'm so so sorry it was Junior's time to cross. He knew he was very loved, and he loved you back as much. Sending healing energy, peace and light. I hope he sends you a sign that he made it safely to the bridge and is with all of our beloved GAs. :bighug::bighug::bighug::rb_icon:

As many have mentioned there really are no adequate words that seem enough to touch the pain I know your heart is feeling...know that my heart is reaching out to yours with empathy for your loss:bighug::bighug::bighug:
The greatest gift we can give is to honor when our pets are ready to fly, free of pain and procedures, on to their next great adventure, but oh how it hurts...:bighug::bighug:

Thank you all. This place is the best. Juniors ashes will be home by the end of the week and we will place him In the rose garden beside Scooter and plant a blue rose bush for him beside Scooters red one and Domenics orange one. I just ordered it and I think it is beautiful.
