Junior got sick 1 1/2 hrs after shot this am

Junior's AMPS was 180, fed 1/2 can of wet food, got his shot, 1 unit Lantus, everything was fine.

I made ice cube food for days we can't feed at lunch, this morning he ate the ice cube of food right after I put it out before leaving for work, and he proceeded to vomit everything. This was 1 1/2 hrs after shot and food was given. I almost freaked, but DH came to the resuce, helped me clean the mess, and gave him a 1/4 can of wet food, which he did eat.

I did not do another BG, my bad.

anyone had this problem with ice cube food? It was frozen solid and he still ate it....

So glad he ate again. But not for sure if that is enough. Can your dh test in a bit?

He ( DH ) is going home at lunch to check on him...unfortunately he does not test, I do, he doesn't do needles, but he is very good at signs & symptoms, and will call and let me know if anything is wrong, I think I just wrote in to make myself feel better, especially since I didn't stay home from work and re-test him...

I didn't want to give him to much after being sick, but he was eating slowly, and DH hasn't called yet...

Got my call, all is well, Junior was sitting by the slider watching the chipmunks eat all our Beech nuts out of the tree!!!

His second breakfast stayed down...and he kissed his daddy all over the face, so he is feeling ok!!

and thank you for not judging, just having you all around means so much to me and Junior!!!

and I will finish his s.s. very soon...
