? Jimmy +6 353 Is this a bounce?

Could someone take a peak at Jimmy's SS and confirm what seeing is maybe a bounce? If so- should I expect to see high numbers all day?
 
Actually, I think he needs a dose increase. If it was bouncing after that blue it would have cleared by now.
 
Do I increase tonight's shot? Problem being I'm going away tomorrow afternoon for the weekend and Jimmy being Jimmy isn't going to let sitter test possibly not even give him shot. This weekend is def going to set us back. :banghead:

If the sitter can manage to give him his shot, I'd leave the dose as is until you get home.
