Jasper's 2nd Fursday OTJ condo 10/4

Greetings and Happy Fursday Lantus land! Its a beautiful warm springlike day here and Jasper continues to enjoy life at the Falls. Its hard to believe he has now been OTJ longer than he was on Lantus, we still marvel at his good furtune and continue to appreciate all the great help and support we got here. We still visit LL condos most days and decided it was time to put one up. last condo 9/6 Jasper has grudgingly accepted the end of his test/shot/treat schedule but fear not, he has resumed waking the beans an hour after we go to bed and and hour before the alarm. Our other furs are happy to contribute to bean sleep interruption in their own ways - fighting, barfing, jumping on us, grooming us, and loud purry cuddles. :lol:

In Sept we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary aboard a dive boat in Turks & Caicos, peaceful days with no TV, no phone, no email, no internet. The weather mostly cooperated, fortunately Hurricane Leslie stayed away from us. We saw fewer sharks and rays than previous trips but still generally good diving. Our underwater camera housing developed a persistent leak so this was its last trip, we hope to replace it with something better, cheaper and easier to use. Here are some of our pics

Thanks for visiting Carla, Tamara, Chris, Sonia, Alexa, Rhiannon, Melanie, and Ella!
We are indeed fortunate Jasper got OTJ before our trip, our cat sitter is also very grateful! Jasper is still getting green numbers [anti jinx] and I hope his OTJ lasts, always something to worry about I guess. We still hang out in Lantus land and visit at least a few condos every day.

Chris, He has not gained or lost weight since OTJ. We don't have a pet scale, on our human scale he lost about 1 lb after the switch to wet food. He has also mostly stopped free peeing, yay!

Sonia, Yes what a long, strange trip its been! Marriage and vacation, its all good One of the other divers decided to celebrate a milestone by diving nude, our first time to witness that. :roll: The guy announced he was going to do it, like most divers we are not prudes, and its a big ocean, but still. At the risk of being uncharitable, I will just say the guy is not the fitness type. Just our luck he got to the ladder and climbed back on the boat right in front of us . ohmygod_smile

Alexa, Our flash only reaches about 4 ft underwater, its hard to get sharks close enough to get a good picture.
The sharks are not tame and we never forget they are wild animals and we are in their home. Some are curious about divers and hang out with us to see what edibles the divers stir up. The nurse sharks followed us around and poked or laid on whatever we were looking at. They must have some feline DNA!

I got a laugh at how Jasper still wakes you up before the alarm goes off and also after you go to bed. That sounds like Maggie.
