Is he still not eating properly?
Have you been back to the vet about his ears?
Are you able to get any tests in during the cycles ? Without those tests we don’t really have any idea what he is doing?

He is still on the zofran and stimulant and eats pretty well . He fights me for dinner a little but will usually finish it once we go to sleep .
The vet in my area is only doing emergency visits right now due to the corona virus . I used the zymox and hes not scratching it or shaking his head anymore.
I do plan on taking him to the vet once businesses open back up but he seems fine otherwise.
I will get more tests in tomorrow !!

I would try and get a lot more tests in during the cycles so we can see what is happening and if the dose needs to be adjusted.
