I haven't forgotten about you guys and this forum. I always had this site bookmarked but I hardly go on the computer these days since I stare at one all day at work. Hope you've all been well.

The cats been very well since the last time I was here. Still catching mice and birds as always. Right now he's getting 5.5u of Levemir twice a day. His numbers have been under 300 for a while now.

I haven't updated my spreadsheet in almost a year but I've kept track in my notebook. I plan on updating the spreadsheet one day when things settle down.

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I'll try to be on here more.

Ya see, I would have found your spreadsheet by using the Members search function, and then be worried if I found the spreadsheet not filled in.

So, the Levemir is working better than Lantus for Blackie?

Yeah Levemir is working better for him. We don't really follow the protocol anymore. We've already accepted the fact he'll never be off the juice and we're hardly home to do mid-day tests. He was getting as high as 6.75u at one time but since then it's been a gradual reduction by 0.25u each time.
 
I really wish you the best. His numbers sound better. The Levemir is agreeing with him. :-D
Come back and visit, with a report once in a while, k?
