Oh Lisa, I'm so sorry you typed all of that out! What we really need is to see the patterns to make sense of the times when the different numbers occurred. A list like this doesn't really provide that. Here is a link to the spreadsheet:

Here are my hunches:
1. Since it hit both cats at the same time, could be viral, or could be a bad batch of food (what are they eating for meals? what are they eating for snacks/treats?)
2. Pancreatitis - often accompanies diabetes in cats and causes them to stop eating. Could just be a coincidence that it hit them both around the same time.
3. Thank goodness we can cross ketones off the list
4. Dosing issue
5. They both decided they just don't like their food anymore.
So here are some questions when you're done with the spreadsheets:
1. again, what are they eating, and how long have they been eating it?
2. are they willing to eat treats?
3. are they eating anything? or are they completely off of their food?
4. have you tried syringe feeding, or did the vet recommend it?
5. have you tried any flavor enhancers? (tuna water, fortiflora, brewer's yeast, freeze dried treat/toppers, etc.)
6. any vomiting or diarrhea?
7. what is their activity level? is it typical to their normal behavior?
8. are they grooming? pooping? peeing? purring?
