I had a bottle of ProZinc delivered next day mail, however it was weather delayed for an extra day. It was delivered with ice packs that were 1/2 frozen, and it is 20 degrees below zero Fahrenheit where I live, so I am wondering if there's any way to tell if the bottle froze or got too warm to be safe over the transit delay? The ice packs may have thawed and refroze rapidly... Or do I need to order a new bottle just to be safe?

If you can get a new bottle replacement without having to pay for it again, I'd say- go ahead. The only way to tell if insulin isn't viable is just by the levels and whether it is working to being the levels down.
