Hello all,
I haven't been on here for a while. Colby and I have been cruising somewhat comfortably (knock wood) with our routine. Along with the diabetes (acromegaly), he also has progressing kidney disease (Stage 2-for which he is getting Phos-bind, potassium, Zobaline and Subqs). His latest lab results came back with 23% HCT and the vet suggested I start him on an iron supplement. I was wondering what people with sugar cats are using. I see that both Pet-tinic and NutriVed have either sugar or corn syrup. I'm wondering if it's significant enough to cause a noticeable rise in BG. Anyone on here have experience with either? After doing some more searching, I also found Liqui-Tinic. Has anyone used it?
Thanks!
