Insulin question

Found more insulin in my mom's fridge.......humulin 30/70. Can cats use this? I'm just trying to find homes for this stuff instead of throwing it out.

Not really good for cats but better then Humalog.
30/70 is 3o% R (raster acting than N) and 70% N/NPH insulin.
30/70 could be used for special cases
