Insulin price not matching what it says on GoodRX

I just picked up my cat's insulin. The vet said to go on GoodRX.com because you can get it cheaper, and I did. The site said it was going to be $56 at Walgreens. So I go to Walgreens and they tell me it's $309 and the GoodRX coupon took it down from $390.

I paid it, because my cat needs his medicine, but what's the deal here? Do they charge more because they know it's for a cat or something? Has anyone else experienced this?

It's the same item.

For the future check Costco. I haven’t bought in 7 years but people has gotten pens pretty cheap. I used to get it from Canada but it seems not necessary any more. Ask on main for best prices.
