Ouch! That's tough. Hmmm...so she's eating all right? I know she's been feeling poorly lately. Remind me, what did the vet say? What kind of tests did they run? When was this? Nothing changed in her life?
Looking at her SS, her numbers preshot aren't terrible...but that food spike concerns me. It's just SO HIGH and it indicates to me that the pancreas are not working to full capacity...one of the signs of remission is BG going DOWN after eating with no shot. The pancreas are putting out insulin in that case. But hers is going up...a lot...after eating which tells me the pancreas may not be doing what they need to do. It's odd though since she seems to go down on her own later. It could be (and my guess is) that her pancreas are sputtering. Sometimes working, but not working as well as they should. Which means you are in a TOUGH position.
Remind me of your schedule again? Can you test her during the day? I'm torn because she usually ran in lime greens, so these numbers are high...but on days you haven't given insulin, she's gone down to levels where you normally wouldn't give anything for her PMPS. Any chance of a nighttime test here or there to see what's going on? I'd be awfully tempted to give insulin because you want to catch falling out of remission fast, but you also don't want her to run too low when she's doing this weird going down thing during the day. I guess, first, if you can let us know about what the vet said and whatnot, and then we can evaluate. Either way, I don't think frozen insulin is good. I think you'll probably need a new vial...
