There is a recall of Insulin Glargine due to the possibility of missing label(s). This is just one batch, but it is worth checking. The lot number should be both on the vial and the box.

My pharmacy called me to check on the lot number of Benny's glargine and hesitantly asked for Benny. I told them he couldn't come to the phone just then. I think it was his first phone call ever.
