Hi, Jen,
Welcome to FDMB... the best place to be with your sugar baby, even though you'd really rather not have to be here in the first place! I've been here for quite some time with my little girlie, Hannah. She's sort of a problem kitty, in that we haven't made much progress in getting her diabetes under control. She's very unpredictable and doesn't seem to follow the rules that other kitties do.

However, she does act lots better since we have followed good advice offered, here. And even though a lot of time has passed for us, I'm still not very good at giving advice and leave most of that to those who are much more experienced and successful at this type of thing. However, one suggestion: If you post your question under a new topic instead of under an established thread, you will likely get quite a few more answers. It would be good to start a new post in both the ProZinc Forum and the Main Forum. Lots more folks look around over there in the Main Forum and your questions will probably get answered more quickly. To make it easier than re-typing, start a new post and just copy and paste what you typed above. That should work.
You asked about AMPS. That means Morning Pre-Shot... in other words, the blood glucose number before food and just prior to insulin. PMPS = Evening Pre-Shot, also before food and just prior insulin. (Food should be pulled at least 2 hours before both of these readings to give an accurate account.) And, when referring to the spreadsheet numbers, +3 means 3 hours after insulin, +5 means 5 hours after insulin, etc. Hannah did some really funny things with her numbers yesterday. She didn't drop until well after it would/should have been expected... +11 and beyond. Thus the reason for my post.
As for the link to the spreadsheet not working, there may be a technical issue of some sort. I really don't know how to answer, as I haven't had that problem. Sorry. Hope you will be able to view it soon, without any issues.
Best wishes to you and your fur baby,
Carole
