Injection site swelling

I haven't posted in some time but noticed today that Eddie has swelling at injection site. It's a pretty large area that's swelled. It doesn't feel like a lump. It's in area where we typically inject him. Anyone experience this with their cats? Thanks.

Yes, when I was using the scruff area all the time my cat developed large soft swellings that my vet said were a buildup of fluid. I now inject over a wide area along his side and there's no swelling. The scruff area has returned to normal.

Thanks, it must be what it is. We rotate regularly but perhaps not regularly enough.
