Good evening!
I was just wondering for anyone who has a bottle of injectable B12, do you use special syringes to administer or just regular insulin syringes?
Thanks in advance!:cat:

I just use my insulin syringes after the ones the vet gave me ran out. She said it was ok to use them. I use the BD U100 .3 ml ones. It looks like a lot in that little syringe compared to the other one though and .25ml of the B12 fills that syringe which makes it a little wobbly to push the syringe vs. the bigger syringes she gave me previously.

Actually, when I drew to same line on my insulin syringe (I had an extra U-40 that snuck out of the last bag and just found it) it looks like less than the pre-filled ones I had . So same line marker but insulin syringe is thinner than the other one. But glad to know you've used an insulin syringe. Thanks Tracey! :cat:

I've used insulin syringes for B12...it's a little freaky injecting that much volume with them after being so used to tiny insulin doses, but I find them easier to use than the syringes that come with the B12.
