? Increase or decrease dose?

I don't know what to do based off of her SS and mid-cycle tests this past week.

I'd increase to 2.25 and see if she drops. If after three cycles, she is still high and flat, I'd increase again by 0.25. It definitely looks like she needs more insulin to me.

Any extra tests you can get done tomorrow would be helpful, especially if you increase the dose.

She'll do well again. The trick is to move up till the dose gives you numbers that "earn" a reduction - 50 or under midcycle. She still isn't on a big dose.

Yep! As Sue says, she will do well again. That's what dose increases are for.

Last night's pmps looked good. You might see a bounce today but it looks like 2.2 worked for 285. Remember, you can shave a little off if you get a lower preshot than expected.
