Another update on Lily. She's been back on 1iu for 6 days. Got down into blues on the first and second days but she seemed to bounce a bit on day 2 and hasn't been below 200 since then.

I'm planning to put her up to 1.25iu day after tomorrow per the protocol.

No other changes. Still looks resigned to life, sleepy but eating fine. I don't think she's had a BM today though and she hasn't been out.
 
With TR you don't hold doses so long. If you are seeing low blues, you hold it for 10 cycles. Otherwise you increase every 6 cycles.
Lily is not new to blues. And after the reset, I would try to get her back to a dose where she sees green (her last good dose) as soon as TR allows. I think that might be closer to 1.5.
 
Thanks both. For some reason I'd got it into my head it should be held for 7 days. Obviously need to read the stickies again. I've increased her to 1.25iu this morning and will update in a couple of days. Her preshot reads are creeping up again. Hopefully getting her some lower numbers will make her feel happier.
 
Holding it for 7 days is the SLGS method.
A good idea to reread the TR method. Printing it off and hilighting important points may be helpful as it’s a lot to take in in the beginning.
