I'm currently using Prozinc insulin, but I want to start Lantus again tomorrow. Any advice?

Hi Xelo, given that on 1.8 units of PROZINC he's only just about got to green, I would probably look at starting on 1.75U


Let's see what others say.

Good luck with the change, I hope he'll spend more time in green with mantis, it doesn't seem like he was getting duration on PROZINC, and his cycles have been quite up an down. Hope you'll see flatter cycles again with mantis.
