I'm back with Tilica

Hi all,

It's good to see you again and I hope that all the kitties are better.
After the time when I was on holiday I came back. I left Tilica at a feline pension where he was fed with dry food to be safe. I had to teach him again with wet food. In the last 2 weeks I tried to find a good balance of insulin and food, but he continued to stay high with the inevitable bounce.
Anyway, I kept the dose 1.5-1.6 but it seems that 1.5 is too little and 1.6 too much. Afher the AMPS numbers I think I have to decrease at 1.5 .

Hi Kris, congratulations for Teasel ! How did you get rid of bounce?
My holiday was a fiasco, every day I was thinking, I was calling them at least 3 times/day. Tilica is bouncing, I can't keep him within constant numbers.

Hi Andrea,
Some of the reduced bounciness you see on Teasel's SS is because I switched to a human meter that reads lower but also has less spread between low and high numbers. Teasel himself, though, is bouncing a little less. I don't know why because I 'm not doing anything different with food, etc.

I'm sorry that your holiday was complicated by worry about Tilica.
