Hi
After several good shots on the trot Mac managed this morning to get me with a very well timed, very last second shoulder blade twitch and we got a fur shot (shorter needles should here soon thank goodness!)
One thing I have been meaning to ask as I couldn't find the answer is what to do to his fur after that. I have tried each time to rub the area well with some kitchen paper dampened with just water as I was worried the insulin on his fur could do him harm if he manages to lick that area.
Is that the right thing to do or should I be doing more fur wise?
Thanks in advance
Gill
Ps is it me or are there an awful lot of black kitties on here ? Has even started me wondering if they are more diabetes inclined like pure white cats and deafness.
