Idk whats happening

Mittens a few weeks ago was in the 100s now back up to 300 nothing has changed so i am really confused on whats going on. The vet at the shelter i work at thought i was doing a good job but her Fructose test came back as high 403. So i dont really know that means. Anyways any insite would be greatly appreciated.
Im doing a curve today trying to get every hour/ every other hour to see whats going on.
