just went to give insulin and I pushed to hard and the needle went in one side and out the other, course I didn't know until my finger was getting wet and I looked and the insulin was on the floor ! Now what? Wait until morning?
For the past week the only time he follows me in the kitchen is at insulin time.... Like he knows I'm getting ready to help him.
I am like 95 % sure he got none, just hate hate waiting another 11 hours

If you can't be sure nothing went in, then yeah, you should wait till morning.

We've all been there! It's safest to skip so he doesn't end up getting too much insulin. It sucks, I know, but better too high for a day than too low for a moment.

Been there, done that Sherri. Oddly enough, a couple of times, I was sure, 110% sure, that Merlin did not get ANY insulin, however, his numbers did go down a little during those cycles so he must have gotten a drop somehow. So you never know if they did or didn't get insulin and if they did get insulin, you don't know how much. So when you get a fur shot, do not shoot again. It is just one cycle.
