How often are you using the supplies in your hypo box?
We are having to use ours twice a day. Our cat hypo's in the morning and at night. Her readings on the Libre go to as low as LO but usually stay between 41-59 in the morning and in the afternoon. I am at my wits end on how to help her.

Do you have a spreadsheet you could share?

What insulin? What dose?

The Libres are notorious for incorrect readings at low numbers, but it's always better to be safe than sorry. Have you double checked the Libre numbers with a handheld meter?

If she keeps going low that means the dose is too high. If she's that low at shot time it's likely far too high.

Each cat is a little different, and it also depends on your goals. For example, those of us trying to tightly regulate our cat (BG 50-120 on human meter) tend to need the hypo kit more often. But those aiming to be well regulated (90-200) don't need it very often.
