Every cat is different, I know, my Corky has me on my toes quite often and I am always home, you can see his Spread sheet down below click where it says Corky's Spreadsheet, you will see many low green numbers, and he still needs to go lower in order for his pancreas to heal and start producing insulin,65 is not a bad number as I have learned, just feed you baby 1-2 tsp of low carbs every 1 hour and test, you repeat food/test every hour, until you get comfortable with his BG if below 50 is he's beginning hypo, then you have to use your hypo kit, KARO syrup,(only if below 50) tsps of his regular food at a time, if he's BG does not rise, 1tsp of medium carbs first or high carbs depending on how below 50 it is, the Karo is to shoot up his glucose immediately but the effect is short, that's why I monitor/ test every 1 hour or even 1/2 hour depending on how low, I will tag one of the expert so you can be sure
