How to you make picture small enough?

I have been trying to add Simke picture from my IPad. It says it is to large. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

This website will shrink a picture down to avatar size. You do not want more than 90 pixels for the size.

Or, you can use Photobucket to resize (from Cyn and Cosmo) so your avi is no more than 90 x 90 pixels in height and width. In Photobucket, just click on edit, and the toolbar at the top will ask you how big you want your pictures. Save as a different picture (say something like FDMB avatar or something) and copy the URL code to insert into your profile.

I think the size needs to be 90 by 90 pixels
