First of all, is your cat receiving insulin? If so, how much and how often? My cat receives insulin twice daily. So, I have found that feeding her smaller, more frequent feedings helps to maintain a more stable blood sugar. I cannot leave and food out other than a feeding times. Absolutely no dry whatsoever. Dry kibble cause her blood sugars to soar. She, and the other non-diabetic cats are all on the same feeding schedule. Five times daily for our household; but, it seems to be working. Good luck from jane and stewey
