How low is too low to shoot?

I've been shooting low for a few cycles now, but I was just wondering what the cut off point might be. Anywhere below 100? I've given a shot at 151 but skipped at 122. I can't stick around to monitor after the morning shot because of work. Currently giving 1 unit.

Hi, I'm a newbie & can't recommend a dose level, but I'm 'bumping you' to keep your post up top. You might also want to edit your post subject line to include the "?" button so members will see more easily you have a question.
