How do we chart the emergency checks on SS

so Peanut went down to 51 and I had to give some honey and then check him again in 20 minutes. Should I put that in the chart and if so how?
 
Go ahead and enter the reading in the appropriate block; you can detail/explain any actions you took in the Remarks block at the end of the line.
