Good day!
Just need some clarification,
I did review the post on how to get started, just have difficulty sometimes understanding
I learned that I have to start a new thread in the Main Forum after I posted an introduction.
Do I post a new thread every time I want to share or ask a question even if it pertains to the previous thread?
Also I changed my user name because it seemed like no one used their real names.
How does that effect anything?
SO sorry, this is my first forum!

Hi & welcome! If you have questions about general or diabetic help, post those in the main forum. If the question is a specific question to your type of insulin or dosing, find your group. I use my own name, it really makes no difference, your own preference. You can continue posting in the initial thread to what you first asked or commented on. Each time someone posts it brings the thread back to the top of the list. Go snooping around a bit & you will get the hang of it. You can set up your own acct from the intro page & tell us more about your kit!

Hello, and welcome! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
You can call yourself anything you like, but many people use their name and their cat's name.

No apology needed! (((Hugs)))
This was my first forum too.... :smuggrin:

You'll get the hang of things in no time at all. Honestly!

In the Lantus/Levemir forum where it is super busy, they ask that you create one new post per day. You can update it as many times as needed during the day, but the next day, you are supposed to create a fresh one (and put a link to the one from the previous day). Other than that, things seem to be pretty easy going... if you have a new issue/topic, it usually makes sense to start a new one, but if something you want to say is an update to or directly related to a thread you already have going, you can just update that one. Like Becky said, just snoop around, and you will figure it out. :)
