How do I change a title in a post?

I feel silly asking this, but how do I change the title on one of my posts? I'm assuming this is something I can't do and need a moderator to assist.

Just above the first post in your thread, at the top on the righthand side, you should see something called "thread tools." Click, then click on "edit title."
