Hospitals offering hypophysectomy and/or Cyberknife in the US

Hi there,
It seems that a number of veterinary hospitals that used to offer pituitary surgery no longer do. At present, I've only been able to confirm that a specialty hospital in Bend, Oregon (where Dr. Chen Allen landed after leaving WSU) and Texas A&M are offering the surgery. I'm waiting for a call back from Ohio State to confirm the services they offer.

Is anyone aware of any other hospitals that currently offer hypophysectomy? I already reached out to Dr. McCue in NY and to WSU, and neither offers the surgery any longer.

In regards to Cyberknife, are there any other facilities in addition to Blue Pearl in Pennsylvania that offer this?

Just trying to make sure I'm not missing options here.

Thanks in advance,
Ames

I found that list a few years back and that’s how I found a place (University of Georgia) to do Strontium 90 on my cat’s squamous cell on his nose.

Unfortunately, it’s not very up to date, I can tell, because it lists Georgia Veterinary Specialists, which long ago became Blue Pearl. Also, it says that they don’t do I-131 on cats, but Blue Pearl in Atlanta does I-131 for cats, as I had it done on one of my cats a year ago.

I wish they would update their list.

Thanks Wendy and Suzanne. And I agree re: the radiation facilities list - there are actually far more places that offer SRT than are on that list.

Unfortunately that organization leaves it up to the clinics listed in it to provide updates. It's a start but I know woefully incomplete, especially the I-131 part. Who often tend to be not associated with specially clinics doing other types of radiation. Back in Neko's day, there were just a handful of places in North America offering SRT.
