If this is a number 12 hours after her last shot, you definitely do not want to shoot. This is a nearly normal number - especially if it is coming that long after a shot. Until (and if) she moves above 200, I would hold off. If you can get some testing in today, you will be able to see how she is doing. If you feed her and her number goes down, that is a very good sign that her pancreas is still working.
BTW, congrats on your first home test! Looks like it came just in time. If you had given insulin at this number, you might be facing a hypo today.
