well. my brand of Milk Thistle doesnt come w a separate cap.. and has to be shaken well. The dropper is the cap, and i can see some of the oil/tincture escaping a little between the seal of the rubber and the plastic cap.. like where you squeeze, some of the oil is coming through where the rubber and plastic meet outside.. Think it's compromised?… :blackeye: Terrible.

I wanna start him on it so badly. I’ve only been able to give two doses.. and I just saw that right now. Both of my bottles. :arghh:

Emailed the company to see what they have to say. :rolleyes:o_OIs that just to be expected with an oil/tincture like this if might know?.. Its gonna escape a little but is fine? They got back and thanked me; stated sometimes transit or use can cause this; liquid is not impacted by exposure to air.. so product is fine.. Suggested can take dropper apart and put back together, should stop this.

Hm. Anyone have this happen and can share/attest? :bookworm::cat:

I am sorry. I have only used powdered milk thistle or Denamarin, which is a tablet.
thanks anyway!! :) company got back and they sort of reassured me its fine.. even lasts for like 3-5 yrs apparently.. idk. Haha. but think its ok. tysm. :cat::cat::cat::cat::bighug:

(he got some more today! im starting reallyyyy slowly tho.. he got like 2 drops. :bookworm: based off weight need to work up to 14 lol.. im just trying to ease him into it… o_O doing like 2 drops.. then 3 over a few days… might know if this being overly cautious?)

I hope it will help. It is very beneficial for the liver. How high were his liver enzymes? Usually vets don’t worry unless they are significantly elevated. I have not waited for my cats’ liver enzymes to rise though and have treated with supplements successfully.
