Hi everyone,
I was just preparing to give DJ his evening shot, and he is refusing to jump up onto anything including my lap. He never hesitates to jump onto my lap whenever I sit down. I tried coaxing him with a treat, and he will still not jump up.

I am worried that something is wrong (although he's acting normal otherwise) and I don't know if I should give him his shot. He is currently receiving one unit twice a day of Lantus.

Anyone out there that can help? Thanks!

How is he walking otherwise? Is he up on his toes or flat footed? Flat footed could be neuropathy, which can happen in unregulated diabetics and usually improves as the BG numbers improve, or with the addition of Methyl B12.
