Hi Sabs and Cocoa,
7.6 (137) is within normal range on the alphatrak meter.
What I would do for a few days is test night and morning and test again 2 to 3 hours after you have given Cocoa her breakfast and dinner,
If the BG goes down, that means the pancreas is producing its own insulin and is reducing the blood glucose.

Are you still feeding a low carb diet all the time and offering snacks during the day and evening.?
Let us know how you get on.

You might like to remove the GA as that is used for kitties that have passed away and means Guardian Angel or Gone Ahead.

Geez you just about gave me a heart attack with the GA in the title! I thought something awful had happened since I read the post in the Facebook group.

I removed the GA from the subject title and replaced it with a ? Bron gave you a great suggestion.

How are her other conditions doing? Specifically the CKD and HyperT? HyperT cats that aren't well regulated (I presume she's on meds), can show higher numbers.
