Reposting here for visibility in hopes of help. Short version is we are trying to dial in on my cat's dose of Lantus. He was just released from the ER last night after a battle with ketosis, which I surely can't afford again. He's eaten well since he's been out, and I've been tracking him on a Libre Freedom sensor per vet's request. The numbers I've been getting have all been 400+ so far.

I did give a fur shot on his evening shot tonight.
At his PM+2, I just took his measurement with an AT2 sensor and he's at 667.

I'm panicked and don't know what to do here. I can't afford to take him back and don't know how to handle high numbers (low, sure- but nobody covered high!)

There is nothing you can do right now and with any fur shot, it's possible that some insulin actually got into Loki so there isn't much you can do right now other than ensuring Loki gets food, and fluids to keep him well nourished and hydrated.
HERE is a link to other thread on Lantus forum for anyone following.
