Hey Newbie Kits just got a reliOn Meter!!!

funny cause we were just talking about it. anyone want to donate a set of strips for it :-D
since i only have one reliOn even sending 10-20 strips is great. that's about standard for a newbie kit.

Well you are about to have 2 reLion meters and a whole bunch of strips for them...lol. It is gonna take me until Friday more than likely to get to the Post Office to get those supplies I talked to you about that I had left after Muse passed. But that is what I'm getting ready to send you. I don't think the strips have even been open yet, so it is either 50 or 100 I don't have them close to check and I don't remember how many I bought. But I do remember the meter is a ReLion Micro.

And remember folks, Lori can even use empty strip bottles.

Like when she receives a bottle of 50, she can divvy it up into 2-3 smaller
portions and seal them in a strip-bottle.
 
that's right Karen...so many peeps initially said they could send those no problem but have'nt received any....i'm saving tom's empty vial but one thing i don't like to do is put one set of strips in another label vial...i think it's confusing and really tacky looking to the newbie. and altho' i know how to do it safely, it likely won't give the impression that these strips should be handled with kid gloves and not moved out of their vials.
now let's see...wil the reliOn micro strips work on the ReliOn 'confirm'

Yep! The Confirm shares strips with the micro - is the micro being phased out? I'm so new to testing that may well be yesterday's news.
 
I'm a complete newbie, but my best friend is a pharmacy manager for walmart, and told me that the relion micro is supposed to be phased out, but the company will continue to carry the strips that are for both monitors long term.
